Hello musicians out there-
I am currently 40 year- old professional keyboardist looking for a great playing good paid situation in the US. I plan on visiting Austin TX as of my prospects as of June 2008. I have been traveling the world and am in Thailand right now, for 6 months in hotel duo. My videos I have on my Myspace page were done in a piano bar but I haven’t yet worked one of those gigs. My greatest achievements have been playing in a successful cover band in Northeast PA called Solution a.d. for 6 years that led to recording two albums produced by Chad Taylor of Live called “Twenty Nothing” and “A Week There One Night”- the latter got Solution a.d. signed to Tag/ Atlantic in 1996. After that I was in various rock projects in covers/ originals both stateside and overseas. Toured with Ringling Bros. Circus for 3 years and I was on several different cruise lines playing in their bands. I am forever grateful for my luck in being pretty stable working 5-7 nights a week over the past 12 years. I am humble and drug-free; no ego and wish to work with serious players. I really would like to play in a signed act with label and management in well-established venues but would certainly not pass by or overlook a solid, working band even if no “record deal” was on the table. Open to styles; love everything from Female 80’s rock like Heart, Saraya. To Christian (Day of Fire, Michael W. Smith,) and prog rock Kansas, AD, Yes, Rush and can play jazz/ R&B, love Led Zep, piano guys of course- Billy Joel.. Want to get off the road finally and look to establish myself in a good music town/community.
