Bio:

Musician: Specialist in free form instantaneous improvisation with the spoken word. (Member of the Musicians Union) (Proud to be Member of Equity) Folk Singer/Songwriter performing exclusively own material. Musical instruments used: Lyre, kantele, harp, Bowed Psaltery, Appalachian Dulcimer, Harmonica, Native American Flute, Bodhran,guitar (These are the principal instruments used). Said to be one of only ten true British Bards working in twenty first century Britain. Poet in Residence: Theatre Royal, York 1996. Poet in Residence BBC Radio York 'North Yorkshire Folk' Programme for the two years it was on Air. CDs: 'Changing Tracks' and 'Trappy Lad' and Virtual Album all available to download from www.wovenwheatwhispers.co.uk Writer: Commissions taken for special events, occasions, etc. Workshops: Willing to share any of the above with others.
